Chianti Kitchen, the Tuscan School of Cooking, has been created by chef Seamus de Pentheny O'Kelly and Tuscan travel consultant Patrizia Barbieri. They met thanks to food and cooking: Patrizia was setting up cooking courses in Tuscany, and Seamus was teaching cooking classes. One thing led to another and they got married on July 7, 2007. Today they run together Chianti Kitchen, the Tuscan School of Cooking: Seamus teaches the cooking courses and Patrizia manages the Tuscan Tours.
