When Chianti Kitchen and Chef Seamus travel in the United States - we come about twice a year for charity events and food festivals - we often have the pleasure to bring our cooking school in Tuscany to our friends' homes, and prepare dinner feasts and cooking courses in their houses.

We buy the best ingredients at the local market, bring along top Tuscan wines and cook a marvellous dinner. Naturally, the preparation phase turns into a fun cooking demonstration and a hands-on course.
Dinners and lunches take place in the private residences of our friends, and the number of guests ranges from 10 to 120. The menu is composed of at least 6 courses, and we propose several options for each.
