When we travel in the United States - we come about twice a year for charity events and food festivals - we often have the pleasure to prepare dinner feasts in our friends' homes.

We buy the best ingredients at the local market, bring along top Tuscan wines and cook a marvellous dinner. Naturally, the preparation phase turns into a fun cooking demonstration and a hands-on course.
Dinners and lunches take place in the private residences of our friends, and the number of guests ranges from 10 to 120. The menu is composed of at least 6 courses, and we propose several options for each.
