World Wine & Food Festival Nov. 7-11, 2007, San Antonio, TX. This festival presents chefs and winemakers from around the world. It offers a cornucopia of exotic tastes and prestigious flavors as well as an impressive lineup of famous chefs and renown wine estates from every continent. Seamus participated as a Celebrity Chef and he prepared and presented typical Tuscan dishes at three special events held at the festival. |

Design at Portes
des Iris Seamus' secret hobby is construction and design: villas, furniture, gardens. In October 2007 Seamus has begun the work on a new rose garden at prestigeous family home in Switzerland. As he oversees the work, he also organizes cooking courses and special dinner events at Portes des Iris. |
