For years Seamus has been presenting his culinary creations at important charity events in the US. Meals from the Masters This event is organized for the benefit of Meals on Wheels of Delaware. At this fundraising event the highlight is the Celebrity Chefs' Brunch, and here Seamus prepares every year one of his favorite recipes. Profits from this event are given to Meals on Wheels which ensures that eligible seniors receive a meal delivered to their door by a caring volunteer.

New World Wine & Food Festival This premier event offers a colorful mosaic of flavors from all around the world, and top international chefs and wine makers attend it. Chianti Kitchen participates at this festival on pro bono basis. The profits of the festival are given to two worthy causes: Child Advocates of San Antonio that assists neglected and abused children, and Center for Foods of the Americas which is a non-profit culinary school for young aspiring chefs.
