| If you are in Florence, you can participate in our cooking courses at Enoteca Pontevecchio. Located in the historical center of Florence, right by Piazza Santa Croce, it is easy to reach. The enoteca is run by our friend and wine expert Tony Sasa - a man of great passion and impressive knowledge of the hidden treasures among Italian wines. The classical vaulted ceilings of the enoteca blend beautifully with the elegance and flare of the dishes that you will learn to cook here. Needless to say, that during the course you will taste a range of fantastic wines. | A cooking course
usually lasts 3 to 4 hours, and can take place in the morning or the afternoon.
We also offer lesson series that
spread over 2-3 days in case you wish to get some serious culinary training
under your belt. The menus that we teach at the Enoteca include great
classics, seasonal, aphrodisiac,
and of course customized. If you are staying in Florence, and can put together a group of 4 to 25 people who want to learn great Italian recipes, email us to book your cooking course. |
